Resumo

Este artigo examina como o regime jurídico brasileiro da jornada deve responder à inteligência artificial e à gestão algorítmica. Por meio de revisão bibliográfica e documental crítica, articula normas brasileiras, instrumentos europeus e experiências de redução do tempo de trabalho. Propõe uma matriz de adequação protetiva baseada em redução real das horas, manutenção remuneratória, controle da intensidade, desconexão, transparência algorítmica, participação coletiva e repartição dos ganhos de produtividade.
