About the Journal

The Journal of the Superior Labor Court, published quarterly since 1947, aims to disseminate unpublished and relevant academic articles in the areas of Labor Law and Labor Procedure, written by professionals and researchers. With an emphasis on ethical reflection, transdisciplinarity, and technical, editorial, and stylistic quality, the journal accepts article submissions following specific guidelines, including formatting requirements and peer review evaluation. With an open access policy and a commitment to editorial ethics, the journal does not charge submission, editing, or publication fees, aiming to democratize scientific knowledge.
