We are pleased to present Volume 92, Issue 1, covering the period from January to March 2026, of the Revista do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (Brazilian Superior Labor Court Review). This issue brings together studies on contemporary and relevant topics in Labor Law, with special emphasis on the inclusion of psychosocial risks in NR-1, structural litigation and the unconstitutional state of affairs doctrine in Labor Justice, the regulation of work on digital platforms, and the fight against contemporary forms of slave labor. The articles also address issues such as religious work, class actions and res judicata, weight-based discrimination in labor relations, human rights and labor protection in Africa, trade union activities, nano-entrepreneurship, labor procedural guarantees, corporate governance and the work environment, the evolution of the Brazilian Social Security system, and the legal challenges posed by new forms of employment and contracting. This issue offers a pluralistic and in-depth analysis of topics that impact the world of work, contributing to academic debate and the advancement of labor relations.
