Vol. 92 No. 1 (2026): Revista do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho

We are pleased to present Volume 92, Issue 1, covering the period from January to March 2026, of the Revista do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (Brazilian Superior Labor Court Review). This issue brings together studies on contemporary and relevant topics in Labor Law, with special emphasis on the inclusion of psychosocial risks in NR-1, structural litigation and the unconstitutional state of affairs doctrine in Labor Justice, the regulation of work on digital platforms, and the fight against contemporary forms of slave labor.
