About the Journal

The Journal of the Superior Labor Court is an initiative of the Documentation Coordination, under the editorial coordination of the Permanent Documentation and Memory Commission, aiming to disseminate relevant national and international doctrinal articles in the areas of Labor Law and Labor Procedure written by judges, professors, lawyers, and other specialists in the field.
