Abstract

With the election of Pope Leo XIV and his concern about labor relations in the face of new technologies, it is increasingly important to better understand the Christian Social Doctrine, which emerged from the social encyclicals beginning with Leo XIII’s Rerum Novarum. Its principles inspired our Labor Law Code and should continue to inform the development and application of Labor Law.
