With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Big Data, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies are now used in combination, allowing algorithms to constantly re-analyze patterns of interest based on a database previously established by the programmer. of the source code. However, algorithmic standards may prove to be envied and capable of producing a new kind of damage in labor dynamics: “algorithmic discrimination”. The present project was carried out through quantitative-qualitative research, investigating the phenomenon in question, and substantiating through concrete cases brought through scientific articles and doctrines that deal with the subject. The analysis of the data brought by means of the research, regarding the theme, was carried out through a reductive technique, highlighting the main points collected, according to the results obtained.
